Apiary Publications Brand Identity

The owner of Apiary Publications reached out to me to develop a brand identity for her new business, a company specializing in stationery and book publishing. She had a very specific and distinctive vision for the brand and wanted to incorporate both a bumblebee and a hexagon as visual references to the word “apiary.”

I developed several initial concepts for her to consider. She loved many of the directions, so we worked together to refine the options and narrow them down to the strongest concept. She also wanted a few alternative versions of the primary logo that could be used for specialty applications, such as custom gold embossing on envelopes and other printed materials.

The final identity was polished, distinctive, and professional while still capturing the unique personality of the brand. She was thrilled with the final result!
